New Pizza Experiment #2

I just made a new pizza dough for use in a new pizza I intend to make for dinner tonight. This time, Chicago-style Deep Dish.

The deep dish intrigues me but having the majority of the cheese on the bottom of my pizza just seems weird to me. Oh, also this crust is made with corn meal and corn oil which is unusual.

I sure hope this makes a tasty dinner.
