Fun, with Indesign

I’m looking forward to playing in our post-apocalyptic Spirit of the Century game so, unsurprisingly, I created index-card sized character sheets and reference sheets for the game. So, as usual, I also share them with you:

FYI, that’s my character, Jack, up there. Before the aliens destroyed our civilization he was an accountant with a wife and 2.5 children. After the apocalypse, he was forced to dig himself out of the wreckage of his home. His wife and children didn’t make it. To survive, he descended into savagery. Eventually, he was “rescued” and returned to what passes for civilization in the new world. He still wrestles with his inner darkness.

Those look pretty cool, Jason. Could I twist your arm into doing ones for the other PCs, too?

Very nice. They look pretty awesome. Making me remember the Amber game JP ran using these things. I need to use this system more, I think. This reminds me of what I felt one problem was in PTA (no, there wasn’t only one problem with it): there were too few traits. The more the merrier, I really felt, and having a stack of them was just awesome.
Incidentally, you have a typo… On the second reference sheet where it says “1st impresion”. I believe you mean “1st impression” 🙂

Well, I’ve already done one for Britt, Peter. I just didn’t ask her whether I could post her character. I’d be happy to do one for James’ character if you send me the info.

Thanks for the editing assist, Dan. Also, I agree that you should play more games using FATE. 😉
